Data Strategy Consulting was set up in 2013 to help our clients to access the same rich, fertile insights that the multiples retailers are using. This rich resource is going to waste in some small retailers through a lack of time and knowledge of how to access and use these “free” retail nutrients.

We help our clients to essentially fertilise the greatest resource a retail business has (their customers) – increasing their yield by helping clients’ customers become more loyal and ultimately earn our clients more profit. As data specialists we also help our clients to manage data (and associated systems) within their organisation, making their business (and business processes) more efficient.

In short, we help our clients to deliver growth through positively changing customer behaviours and working a more efficient, cost effective and productive way.
