Alex Emmanuel Jones is the Commercial Director at The Black Farmer. He leads the brand’s retail growth, including its expansion into supermarkets and urban farm shops. A marketing expert and Cardiff University graduate, Alex also co-runs The Hatchery, supporting diverse food entrepreneurs. He’s passionate about inclusion in farming and uses his platform to champion change – building on his father Wilfred’s legacy while bringing fresh vision and drive to the business.
