Testimonials

All the ingredients you need are there – networking, behind the scenes information and access to other shops. It can be expensive to try new things but being a member of the FRA enables you to speak to people who have similar needs for things like equipment and systems, and may have tried it already. You can get trusted reviews before going to the expense of trying things out. Sharing this type of information is invaluable and it’s great that everyone is happy to help one-another.

The Catering Workshop we attended was particularly useful as we, like many others, have issues in our café around staffing, pricing, margins and costs as we grow. The day covered all of these points and we were able to share both problems and solutions. We looked at future trends giving us all a nudge to remember to keep an eye on what’s around the corner. All in all a very successful and enjoyable day!
