Payment can be by card (not American Express), BACS or Direct Debit (DD). Electricity must be paid by DD. DD payments are taken on two regular dates per month (15th and 30th) allowing you to plan. Under normal circumstances, electricity quotes take 5 working days following request for a quote. Statements and invoices are sent by email allowing you a week to check the details and query any aspect of these that you need clarification on.
