The 430-acre farm overlooking Lunan Bay has been home to the Stirling family for four generations, and we have farmed here for over 30 years. All four of children have returned to the family business, and we are going even further to supply tasty, honest, convenient food for busy people who want to eat well.
We are launching a series of nourishing, guilt-free convenience vegetable side dishes, grown, cooked and packed on the farm. With emphasis on the taste and texture of home cooking, the Upper Dysart Larder mash comes in seven flavours, including creamy farm mash, wholegrain mustard mash, haggis mash and mash with chorizo. Sealed for freshness, without the need for preservatives, it cooks in under four minutes, whistling when ready. Through the innovative cook seal process, we can extend shelf life offering a minimum of 21 days, without any unnecessary additives.
Alongside this we have also par cooked baked potatoes and ready peeled potatoes – also with a long shelf life and quick cook time! These products are only the start as we continue to explore new and exciting recipes!
