The Garlic Farm produces, sources and creates organic garlic, speciality garlic and garlic-infused products. Our farm on the Isle of Wight has offered quality garlic from our own fields and those of partner farms for over 50 years.

We’ve been growing garlic on the Isle of Wight ever since Granny Norah planted those first few cloves in her garden all those years ago. We have spent the many years since exploring its history and origins, experimenting with different varieties here on “the Island” and creating a range of garlic-infused products, from garlic mayonnaise to garlicky chutneys and from black garlic beer to garlic ice cream.

Caring for the environment is at the heart of what we do – we are a B Corporation and our farmland is certified by the Soil Association. We aim to be efficient with our resources and protect our planet.
