Farm Retail Awards 2024

The Farm Retail Awards celebrate the cream of the crop in the industry. They are the only awards judged by fellow farm retailers and celebrate the best farm shops, farm cafés and restaurants, farmers’ markets and trade suppliers in the country.

How to enter

Head to the Farm Retail Association Awards page, click here for access.
Click here to read our terms and conditions of entry.
If you are a new user, create an account.
From the homepage, click ‘SUBMIT AN ENTRY’.
Complete the entry form and don’t forget to upload your supporting evidence (criteria is outlined on the entry form). The judges will also check your website, social media and review sites.
Submit your completed submission by the deadline shown on the Awards page.
You can go back and edit the submission anytime before the entry deadline for this category.

Lifetime Achievement Award

Our Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates individuals who have made a lasting impact on the industry.

Please e-mail your nomination to LauraJ@farmretail.co.uk with the name of the person you wish to nominate and a brief overview of why you think they should win this award by 19th January 2024.

PYO of the Year 2024 – finalists

Some of the best Pick Your Own Farms in the UK have been named after being shortlisted for the national Farm Retail Awards, sponsored by specialist retailer COOK.

Two of the finalists hail from Yorkshire and one is from Worcestershire. Last year’s winner of this category was Cammas Hall, Bishop’s Stortford, Essex.

The category has been judged earlier than others in the awards in order for the judging to take place at the height of the PYO season, allowing the visits to take place at the peak time of year for these businesses.

Chair of the Farm Retail Association, Emma Mosey said: “The standard of entries have been incredible. We look forward to seeing entrants from all remaining categories now, and celebrating the very best in the business at our awards ceremony next March. Good luck to all of our finalists!”

The 2023 awards ceremony took place at Sandy Park in Exeter, showcasing an amazing array of farm retailers from the length and breadth of the UK.
