About us
We’re a young vineyard and wine producer building an inclusive, sustainable lifestyle culture in Thakeham, West Sussex. We try to be as holistic as possible with our approach to grape growing and winemaking, always favouring sustainable and regenerative practices. This is an ethos we will be continuing to prioritise through the expansion of our offerings at Kinsbrook; we will be opening the doors to Kinsbrook Farmhouse in September 2022, which will be a visitor centre with a Farm Shop downstairs and, upstairs, an Eatery with an open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge and balcony overlooking the vines. We’re aiming to grow a large part of our own produce onsite using regenerative principles in our market garden and farm which will include vegetable patches, an orchard, beehives and some farm animals too. This will initially supply the kitchen but, we hope, will eventually supply a large percentage of the Farm Shop produce. In the kitchen, we’ll be using a ‘farm to table’ concept, where customers are served small, creatively put-together, delicious sharing plates using ingredients which have been grown or farmed onsite.

Our Farm Shop was awarded Sussex Food Shop of the Year in the Sussex Food & Drink Awards 2019!
Traditional Butchery – Award winning venison and the majority of our beef is reared on Cowdray land whilst much of the other meat comes from local suppliers.
The Deli Counter – offers a large selection of artisan cheeses and charcuterie. Tunworth Cheese from Neal’s Yard Dairy is currently tasting divine. A Camembert-style cheese with a classically creamy and unctuous paste. Flavours are vegetal, truffley and garlicky. Made in Hampshire with pasteurised cow’s milk and animal rennet.
Cowdray Produce – All our cakes and pies are made on site by our team of talented chefs. The majority of our beef comes from Cowdray Home Farm while all lamb is reared on the Estate.
Local Produce – Local is really important to us and we are fortunate to have some exceptional producers within our county from whom we source delicious food and drink.

We believe in bringing people together…
We do this by creating unique entertainment experiences for families, adults and groups, that unite great design with exceptional talent and create lasting memories. We have some of the country’s best Escape Rooms with four elaborately themed rooms, set in a relaxed environment with a licensed bar and lounge.
Our seasonal attractions are spearheaded by Europe’s largest Scream Park – Tulleys Shocktober Fest! Followed by the family friendly and fun packed Spook Fest. Recently we returned to our Pick Your Own roots with our Pumpkin PYO running through October half term.
As the seasons change, the Farm is transformed to accommodate our ever growing Christmas Experience, bringing fun and magical memories to the festive season including visits to Father Christmas and Ice Skating.
In addition, we have the Tulleys Tea Room serving a range of delicious hot and cold food, cakes and drinks- with our spacious garden, play area and Animal Patch to keep children entertained.
We are also pleased to offer Tulleys Farm as a superb and versatile venue for corporate events, summer parties, meetings, private gatherings. We look forward to welcoming you soon!!

About us
Runcton Farm Shop has been a thriving business under the ownership of the Kendall family since 1984. Robert our shop manager stocks a wide range of grocery items alongside our own home grown fresh fruit and vegetables.
Our bread is baked daily and we have a large range of locally made cakes, a huge range of jams, chutneys and luxury produce, a Butchery and Delicatessen counter, a large selection of local beers and wines and frozen foods.
We use as many local suppliers as possible and currently have more than 70 from within a 15 mile radius of the shop. We are conscious that people want locally produced fresh produce at reasonable prices and strive to meet those demands.
The Farm Shop also sells fresh flowers and outdoor plants.
We offer a personal service with a carry to car service if required.
