An award winning monthly village farmers’ markets with up to 50 stalls covering a wide range of local produce.
Come and join us at Deddington Farmers’ Market, in north Oxfordshire, one of the largest and happiest farmers’ markets in the country.
It offers the very best in locally produced beer, bread, crafts, eggs, fish, flowers, fruit, meat, preserves, ready-made meals including foreign cuisines, vegetables and much, much more.
The market is held the 4th Saturday of every month except December from 9am – 12.30pm
On Market days the Church plays host to stallholders offering some of the finest, locally produced handcrafted items and gifts.
There is also a seating area available where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

About us
Rectory Farm PYO and Farm Shop is a family run seasonal business on the outskirts of Oxford, in the village of Stanton St John, renowned for its field fresh produce and welcome to families.
Richard and Carla Stanley have been here since 1980 when they took on the second generation tenancy from New College, and started their Pick Your Own with just a few acres of Strawberries and Raspberries and local van deliveries of new potatoes.
Since then the PYO has expanded and now covers some 45 acres at our main PYO and Shop site and a further 30 acres of PYO Asparagus. They still grow 120 acres of potatoes along with bread making wheat and oil seed rape on a 1000 acre farm.
The Business aim is to work together with our hardworking staff, suppliers and advisors to produce consistently high quality of crops for all of our customers.
Pick the Best
We are open every day (except Monday) from April to October, starting with the our widely prized Asparagus and moving on to early Strawberries followed by Gooseberries, Broad Beans, Currants, Raspberries and our flowers and of course our New Potatoes.
We welcome all our customers and their families to enjoy our farm, the countryside, our produce and to Pick the Best.
Our Farm Shop takes in pride in stocking all our own ready picked crops and other seasonal fruit and vegetables. We are also sourcing other local produce not available in supermarkets, Bread, Cheese, Eggs , Meat from our neighbours Eadles.
We attract families with children to our Bouncy castles, Straw castle, sandpit and weekend tractor and trailer rides.
Our Country Cafe is open everyday with their delicious homemade cakes, fresh salads and light lunches.

About us
A variety of take-away food options are available from Millets Farm Shop. From the cold meat counter; we offer a huge selection of homemade sausage rolls, scotch eggs, pasties and pies. Freshly made sandwiches, rolls and baguettes can be ordered with a selection of fillings. From the bakery counter; delight in our selection of handmade cakes, pastries and freshly homemade rolls. From the deli counter; choose from mini quiches, pizzas, samosas, spring rolls and bhajis.
A warm welcome awaits from our team at the Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant. Located next to the Farm Shop, our restaurant serves Fairtrade drinks, cakes and pastries throughout the day. Cooked breakfasts are served from 9am – 11am. Homemade hot main meals are served from 12pm – 2.30pm. Lighter snacks are available until 4pm.
Our Farmhouse Kitchen team works closely with the Farm Shop butchers and bakers to deliver a delicious and wholesome menu. Using the freshest ingredients picked from the Millets family farm we are proud to offer seasonal dishes with minimal food miles.
