We are dedicated to stocking the best in fresh, local and organic produce. Visit us for grass-fed beef from our onsite butcher, fresh organic fruit and vegetables, and award-winning British and European cheese from our deli counter. We supply locally brewed craft beer, a wide selection of groceries, delicious chutneys, and many other ingredients to stock your larder. BUTCHER
Our onsite butcher supplies us with meat, including grass fed beef, free range pork, tender lamb, and organic chicken. We also stock game when in season, including rabbit, venison, pheasant and pigeon. Terry will happily recommend and prepare cuts of meat for you, or add your choice of marinade to your order. Don’t forget to visit us at Christmas time to order your festive feast! We stock turkeys from award winning Essex supplier Kelly Bronze.
The butchery also provides meat for the dishes that you enjoy in our restaurant. All of our meat is sourced responsibly.
DELI
Sample a wide range of British and European cheeses from our deli counter, including award winning Kirkham’s Lancashire cheese, organic Cornish brie, and Hafod organic cheddar, handmade at the longest certified organic dairy farm in Wales. We also stock scotch eggs, sausage rolls, and honey glazed ham, all homemade right here in our restaurant kitchen, plus a selection of pies and pastries.
JUICE AND SMOOTHIE BAR
Get your organic fruit and veg fix! We make juices, smoothies and coffee to order at the bar behind the deli, using organic fruit and vegetables from the farm shop. Remember to bring your re-usable cup for 20p off your drink!

The Farm Shop
Calcott Hall has been growing in Brentwood for over 45 years, offering fresh fruit and vegetables of the highest quality.
Our crops include sweetcorn, strawberries, pumpkins and the super healthy curly kale.
A family owned and run business we are proud of the fact we have served the local community of Brentwood for many years. Many of our original customers children are now coming in to shop with their children and grandchildren, which is a credit to the family friendly atmosphere we constantly strive for here at Calcott Hall.
Star Fishmongers compliments the well-established and ever popular NS Risdons butchers who have been serving our customers delicious meat for nearly 10 years. Our own in-house cheese counter with its wide range of British and continental cheeses grows from strength to strength and will surely have something to tickle everyone’s taste buds. Ask them to select you a cheeseboard for your next gathering.
As well as the service counters (disappearing from the supermarkets) the shop provides everything you need to make fantastic nutritious meals and can now provide customers with everything needed for a weekly shop. Food related at least!
The shop has a large range of COOK ready meals for those who want to indulge or take it easy. From simple meals for one to large pavlovas for parties, the range on offer is huge.
The Barnyard Café
The final string in our bow is The Barnyard Café. Offering lovely farm views and a healthy light lunch menu, you’re sure to find something delectable to tempt your taste buds. With its rustic styled open dining room and views over the farm fields, The Barnyard Cafe has been charming locals and visitors since it opened in the autumn of 2016. Set just 5 minutes away from Brentwood town centre with plenty of free parking, it makes for a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Our shop is based on a working farm, growing cereals, beans & grass. The pasture land supports free range hens, a small beef herd and a flock of sheep.
We sell locally produced fresh & frozen foods, as well as pet & animal feeds.
The Farm Shop is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9am to 12 noon.
